Merchandise must be returned within 30 days and in the original packaging accompanied with RMA form and must have tracking number from shipping carrier.
We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing credits, or exchanges. Short-shipments, DOA and Deviations products must be reported within 5days from delivered date.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.(Original shipping fee is non-refundable)
